Going ballistic… in my trainers.

What would you do in a situation where you don’t have time for anything and you do live in constant frustration? How about going ballistic?

Runing gearThere is this joke I can’t recall entirely… about this Jude that comes to see his rabbi to moan about how busy he is. That his wife doesn’t help him and his kids are not little angels… So the rabbi tells the Jude to invite his mother in-law for two weeks, to buy a goat, a dog, a cat and come back after 12 days. Surprised Jude does as advised. After 12 days he comes back on the brink of nervous breakdown. Rabbi tells him to sell the animals, to buy the mother in-law flowers for the goodbye and come back after a week. After a week Jude comes back to see the rabbi. This time he is the happiest man in the world. :D He finally have time for everything and hi loves his family so much…
Or something like that :) There is plenty going on in my live right now and believe me, you don’t want to be in my shoes right now. This project thought me so much about myself. I had to remind to myself how much I am capable of.This way or the other I had an idea! If I’m running a space exploration project and it does require physical education program! :) How about that? Over last 3 years I have noticed fluctuating number of fat deposits appearances here and there on my body :( Well that’s Renata’s great cooking  for me. I used to exercise 2 x 1h a day in my youth. I wonder how long-lasting is muscle memory? I’m not going to be fanatic about it but how about at least once a day, hmmm? It is scientificly proven that increase in mobility, among other things, stimulates lymphatic system, causes release of endorphins… all good things that make us happy. And if you put your mind to it and start thinking about it in self-motivating way, you’ll be on good track to boost your confidence. Don’t get me wrong, it will hurt… but only at the beginning.

I’m putting together a some sort of simple training log to keep score for myself and after some time to have a look at the progress. I find it is very self motivating to keep this in public. There is something weird about human condition and flock behaviour and pear pressure… Any way, I’m not going to all of the sudden live feed Google Latitude. Instead I’m going to allow everybody to join the rest of the world in an global fitness effort twitt #SpaceSportCamp.
